From time to time, we do have package promotions. Be sure to inquire to see if your event date aligns with any of our promotions.
If you are interested in hosting an event but don’t have space for your special event, let us know. We are here and happy to help. We have partnered with several venues that serve food and beverages and may have the space available and have agreed to allow creative projects, or we could help you locate other venues.
We also offer gift cards to attend one of our events at participating venues. Email us or submit an inquiry, and we’ll respond promptly.

In order to ensure that we are fully prepared for your special event, up to 14-day notice may be needed for some creative modalities
If you are interested in a specific project / modality and its less than 14 days away, be sure to contact us as soon as possible to inquire so that we can make certain we are fully stocked in time for your special event date. (This is not necessary for canvas paint projects.)
- A minimum of at least 10 participants. If you plan to have less than 10, you will be charged for a minimum of 10 participants.
- A $100 combined set-up/clean-up and travel charge may apply to all event types with 30 participants or less.
- A member of our team will arrive at your location to set up 30-45 minutes prior to event start time. Please make sure there is an unloading/parking space available near the set-up location.
- A $100 deposit is required to reserve the desired date and time, which will be deducted from the final bill. In order to secure the desired date and time, please call, email, text, or submit a quote form promptly, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are adding any “event extras,” a total deposit of $200 may be required to reserve the equipment.
- We understand unforeseen circumstances can come up that might prevent you from hosting the event. While we cannot offer a refund on deposits, we will allow you to use the deposit toward another reservation for another date for up to a year.
